STAST, the 9th International Workshop on Socio-Technical Aspects in Security, kicks off today in Luxembourg within the ESORICS conference.
The workshop intends to bring together experts in various areas of computer security and in social and behavioural sciences. The program can be found on the website http://stast.uni.lu/ and includes a session on Privacy Control.
Arianna Rossi and Gabriele Lenzini (SnT, University of Luxembourg) will present an article that discusses the design of a holistic approach for the evaluation of data protection icons: “Which properties has an icon? A critical discussion on evaluation methods for standardised data protection iconography”.
